If you’re like most, you’ve been struggling to manifest for a while now. Most people think that in order to manifest you just shift your emotional state to be a match and then it flows in...

But the truth is you can never become a match for what you’re asking for with an open stress response.
  

THAT is why it hasn’t flowed in yet. Your nervous system is blocking it. 

You can not receive something your nervous system doesn’t believe it’s safe for you to have. And unfortunately when you have an open stress response your nervous system is actively protecting you from all kinds of things, things you and your higher self WANT you to have. 

But your nervous system is like the mean doorman saying no way jose.  

Your stress response is why you fear being seen, fear success and sabotage and procrastinate which all blocks you from living the life you want to be living. 

And the worst part is if you leave the stress response open, not only will your manifestations that you want never show up - you’ll actually manifest in repeat experiences of the stuff you didn’t want to happen. 

I know. 

This is why most people feel like the healing never ends or you repeat the same lessons over and over again, kinda like being on a merry-go-round carousel. Round and round you go! When does it end? When do I stop sabotaging and allow the manifestations to actually show up?

Well, it’s not that God is testing you or the Universe wants to be REALLY sure you anchored this same lesson in - you’re manifesting in duplicate experiences because an open stress response will loop around because it wants to close. 

So that’s the hard way, which is what most people are doing. Where you don’t receive the life you want and continue to re-experience the same old pains and struggles because manifestation isn’t working in your favor - yet. 

When you close the stress response,
manifestation works in your favor ALL OF THE TIME.

You can have anything you want because everything you want becomes safe for you to receive, so you can receive anything. 

You get to live the exact life you want to be living. 

Your nervous system is predictive which means it takes your past and expects your future will be just like it and so that is what you manifest. BUT when we close the stress response your nervous system starts to predict something different - SO IT MANIFESTS!

That is how you actually become a match for your desires. You get your nervous system to predict something different, something positive, an outcome you WANT and then that’s what you get. 

And, the good news is closing your stress response is permanent which means you don’t have to consciously sit down for a manifestation practice anymore. You manifest on autopilot because your nervous system is doing all of the work for you. When it now predicts that things work out for you - they do. 

And then suddenly your life becomes a miracle where you're walking in magic and synchronicities where everything just flows to you, you're happy and living the exact life that you want to be living. You have success, in whatever that means for you.

You could spend $400 on books on nervous system regulation...

that are hard to read and confusing that don’t just tell you what to do in a step-by-step process in video format with exercises, which feels mostly like going back to school. 

Or you could work with a therapist at $250 a session for several years...

but they aren’t going to include the functional medicine pieces of detoxing and gut healing that contribute just as much to the fawn response, fatigue, insomnia, depression, and anxiety.

Or you could hire a Functional Medicine Doctor at $1000 an hour who doesn’t accept insurance and has a year-long waitlist for an initial appointment...
